Dr Alice Bunn was appointed Policy Director at the UK Space Agency in May 2014. Alice is responsible for security, regulatory, statutory, wider communications and international engagement to stimulate and drive growth of the space sector, and enable strategy delivery.
Her previous roles have included Head of Earth Observation at the UK Space Agency; UK Location Programme Manager at the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (Defra); Head of Future Missions at the Natural Environment Research Council; and researcher and exhibition developer at the Science Museum.
Alice has a PhD in Metallurgy from Darwin College, University of Cambridge.
